This is a fully remote position , open to candidates based in Canada.

The Role

As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will own the end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines used to train frontier AI models. You’ll work closely with AI Lab clients, software engineering experts, reviewers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, scalable execution.

What You’ll Do

1. Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality, timelines, and client alignment.
2. Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, QC, and reporting.
3. Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality.
4. Define task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics to establish clear quality standards.
5. Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, AHT, throughput, and delivery metrics.
6. Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
3. 2+ years leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using metrics to drive improvements.
5. Ability to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable workflows.
6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and client-facing teams.
7. Startup mindset with a bias toward ownership, automation, and execution.

Compensation & Benefits Notice

The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies.
