Expected Start Date: September 14, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Kelvindell Lodge City/Town: Kelvington Department: Chronic Resident Unit Type: Casual FTE: 0 Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070 Travel Required: No Job : Provides direct client care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The General Duty Nurse is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe client care services and programs. Job is available upon request. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of nursing services relating to the care of patients on rehabilitation
- Requires concentration and attention for resident/patient assessment
- Establish and maintain good communication patterns
- Commitment to service excellence, in quality improvement and risk management
- Ability to apply principles and techniques to achieve optimum resident care
- Ability to maintain client/patient/resident confidentiality
- Knowledge in Infection Prevention and Control standards

- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
- Kelvington is located approximately 120 km east of Humboldt
- Providing clinical experience including assessment and care planning for clients
- Experience in clinical supervision and skill development of staff an asset
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
