Remote Inside Sales Representative
Shine Window and Eaves Cleaning
Build appointment-setting skills remotely across Canada while using confident phone communication and measurable sales targets to book qualified estimates.
At Shine Windows & Gutters and The Deck People, you will contact homeowners who requested quotes or know the businesses. This full-time inside sales position focuses on turning existing interest into appointments for in-home sales representatives. You will receive structured training, scripts, coaching, and AI call scoring to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call new inquiries quickly and book sales appointments
- Reconnect with past customers about recurring services
- Follow up with interested homeowners who have not booked
- Track calls, conversion rates, and completed estimates
- Organize customer information and follow-ups in the CRM
Requirements:
- Previous work experience with reliable, responsible performance
- Experience working toward measurable targets and KPIs
- Confident, natural phone communication skills
- Ability to accept feedback and apply coaching
- Canadian residence, reliable computer, internet, headset, and workspace
Develop phone sales expertise through coaching, AI feedback, and performance-focused appointment setting for established Canadian home-service brands.
