Use communication and customer service skills as a Mortgage Agent Level 1 at NP Mortgages in Scarborough, Toronto. This full-time position is on-site.
NP Mortgages seeks motivated Mortgage Agents for its growing brokerage. You will understand clients’ financial needs, recommend mortgage solutions, and guide applications from initial conversation through closing. The role serves home purchasers, refinancers, renewals, and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients and understand their financial goals
- Recommend suitable mortgage solutions for client needs
- Review documents and complete mortgage applications
- Manage files through closing and beyond
- Communicate with lenders, lawyers, underwriters, and real estate professionals
Requirements:
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Relationship-building ability with clients and professionals
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to multiple deadlines
- Mortgage, banking, real estate, or financial services experience preferred
- Ontario licensing or willingness to complete required licensing
