A strong command of CNC programming, especially with Lemoine or similar software, and proficiency in reading technical drawings are essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines from drawings to finished parts
- Setup and run Mazak Power Mills and CNC Lathes
- Monitor machine performance for accuracy
- Inspect parts to meet customer specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Experience in CNC programming and machining
- Hands-on skills with Mazak machines
- Proficiency in Lemoine or comparable CAM software
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering specs
- High attention to detail and personal standards
