WHO THRIVES HERE

You've led teams before. You've been the person responsible for making the number — and you liked it. You think like an owner, get energy from competition, ask questions first, and bring intensity that's impossible to ignore. Useful experience: retail/restaurant management, sales leadership, personal training, gym management, or any role where you owned a revenue target.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• Starting wage: $17/hr + performance bonuses
• Bonuses tied to average ticket value
• Staff discount on all supplements
• Real growth path: one store today multi-store oversight tomorrow
