Casual Games Portfolio Product Director

Guide Pogo’s casual games portfolio with product strategy, player insight, and monetization expertise while working fully remotely across time zones.
Electronic Arts is seeking a Product Director to lead an established online casual games business. You will understand player motivations, competitive titles, and market trends while prioritizing scalable improvements for Pogo’s web platform. The role partners with Studio Leadership and Finance on revenue, retention, and engagement commitments. It also connects product leadership across Art, Design, Engineering, Production, Analytics, and Community to deliver content and feature improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop portfolio vision across platform enhancements and game updates
- Identify high-impact opportunities within Pogo’s established ecosystem
- Analyze player, market, behavioral, telemetry, and transactional intelligence
- Balance subscriptions, advertising, and live-event monetization
- Align studio leaders around product strategy and execution plans
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years in digital games or consumer platforms
- Success optimizing and scaling highly engaged live audiences
- Understanding of casual games business drivers and trends
- Passion for compelling experiences for everyday players
- Curiosity supporting continuous learning and iterative growth
