Business Architect at BDO

You will model processes to ensure system alignment, working closely with solution architects and technical teams. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and other enterprise systems for optimal impact.

Key Responsibilities: • Partner with stakeholders to define business value streams • Model current and future state processes for improvement • Collaborate with architects to align platforms with business outcomes • Develop capability maps and business requirements documents • Facilitate workshops for design consensus and requirements gathering

Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or architecture • Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and ITSM platforms • Proficient in business capability design and process modeling • Experience in digital transformation and process optimization • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
