Senior RAN Support Professional at Ericsson

- Serve as the liaison for Design teams and customer insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders on technical issues and improvements
- Provide expert knowledge on RAN products in live environments
- Identify and troubleshoot faults across RAN software solutions
- Lead investigations from problem identification to root cause
- Hands-on RAN troubleshooting experience across multiple fields
- BSc or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Proven ability to lead technical taskforces effectively
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- AI tool expertise for troubleshooting applications
