Coordonnateur bilingue des soins patients
Coordonnez les soins aux patients bilingues depuis un bureau à domicile, en répondant aux appels et en protégeant les renseignements confidentiels. Soutenez les patients partout au Canada avec Shoppers Drug Mart.
Comme coordonnateur des soins aux patients, vous traitez les inscriptions, les demandes entrantes et les dossiers patients. Vous dirigez les appels, indexez les documents et collaborez avec le programme de soins virtuels. Votre approche diplomate et compréhensive contribue à une expérience positive pendant le traitement.
Principales responsabilités :
- Répondre aux appels concernant les dossiers patients actifs
- Diriger les appels vers les membres appropriés
- Enregistrer les patients et indexer leurs documents
- Coordonner les services pour faciliter l’accès aux traitements
- Signaler les événements indésirables et réclamations techniques
Compétences et qualifications :
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais écrit et parlé
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais requis
- Deux ans d’expérience en centre d’appels minimum
- Expérience des régimes de remboursement de médicaments
- Compétences solides avec Windows, Excel et Word
