Strategic Director of Vendor Management

Indero (formerly Innovaderm)

Lead the Vendor Management Office at Indero as the Strategic Director. Guide vendor governance and strategic partnerships to enhance clinical trial delivery. As the Director of Vendor Management, you'll oversee Indero's VMO, ensuring effective vendor governance and lifecycle management. Your responsibilities include developing key performance indicators, monitoring vendor performance, and establishing strong relationships with strategic partners. This role is crucial for supporting quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across clinical trials. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee vendor qualification and onboarding processes
Lead Vendor Steering Committee meetings and governance reviews
Develop vendor performance expectations and KPIs
Foster strategic relationships with key vendors and partners
Manage vendor performance remediation and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Master's preferred
10+ years in biotechnology or clinical operations
5+ years in leadership roles, managing teams
Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
