- Lead the Trust’s financial strategy and performance
- Ensure effective governance and compliance with regulations
- Advise the Chief Executive and Board on financial matters
- Oversee the development of the Estates Strategy
- Shape and deliver the ICT and Digital Strategy
- Fully qualified accountant with senior leadership experience
- Proven background in financial strategy and planning
- Strong governance, risk, and assurance understanding
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in a charitable or purpose-led environment
