Expected Start Date: August 03, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Grenfell Health Centre City/Town: Grenfell Department: Primary Care Sites Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: June 30, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends, Stats Number of Hours per Rotation: 112 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Mental Health Therapist - Staff $35.546 to $43.466 Travel Required: Yes Job : Reporting to the Primary Health Care Manager, under the leadership of the Clinical Manager of Mental Health and Addictions and the supervision of a Senior Mental Health Therapist, the Mental Health Therapist is responsible to provide a wide range of mental health services to a broad population of clients. They are responsible for the planning, development, organization and delivery of counselling services of children, youth, adults and their families with the goal of restoring mental health and/or supporting clients to learn skills to manage their illness. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Degree in Human Services field acceptable to the employer
