Responsibilities

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, overseeing the operation of a store, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.

Physical demands: Requires in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Required prior retail management experience.
