AgeCare Director of Nursing Services

Become the Director of Nursing Services at AgeCare, dedicated to optimizing resident care and staff performance in a nurturing environment. Your leadership will enhance well-being. This position entails overseeing the coordination of all resident care activities, ensuring policies and procedures are in line with current legislation. You'll manage complaints, support nursing staff, and coordinate programs to provide quality resident care and service. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the coordination of resident care activities
• Investigate and resolve resident or family complaints
• Report issues to the MLTC director as necessary
• Organize and execute the Annual Care Conference Program
• Maintain high standards for nursing care and quality of life

Requirements:

• 3+ years management experience in Long Term Care
• 3+ years' experience in nursing or gerontology
• Active Registered Nurse certification required
• Post secondary nursing education or equivalent
• Certification in organizational management
