You will scale an established acquisition engine, build an in-house media center of excellence, and lead performance marketers. Own paid media strategy across Brand and GrowthManage and optimize multimillion-dollar media investmentsScale LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, connected TV, and programmaticImprove measurement, forecasting, pacing, and investment allocationLead performance marketing teams and establish scalable execution practicesRequirements:
Eight or more years in performance marketing or paid acquisitionExperience managing $30 million or more annuallyExpertise in LTV, ROI, incremental revenue, and optimizationStrong financial acumen and analytical judgmentExperience leading and developing high-performing teamsShape Brex media strategy with full-funnel planning, rigorous experimentation, financial ownership, and performance marketing leadership.
