In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the Healthcare delivery practice, ensuring operational efficiency, quality delivery, and client satisfaction. Your strong leadership skills will be evaluated as you mentor teams, manage portfolios, and cultivate relationships with healthcare stakeholders. Your expertise in Salesforce delivery models will be integral to scaling Kicksaw’s services and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery practices across HLS engagements
- Manage portfolios focused on quality and profitability
- Collaborate on scalable delivery frameworks
- Establish trusted client relationships as a senior advisor
- Align delivery strategy with AI initiatives
- 10+ years in consulting or technology delivery
- 5+ years in Salesforce consulting leadership
- Expertise in HLS and operational management
- Successfully managed a $5M+ service portfolio
- Strong analytical and financial performance capabilities
