Territory Manager, Oncology (Halifax, NS or Moncton, NB) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Oncology Territory Manager for Halifax and Moncton to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with healthcare providers, and achieve territory forecasts. The role combines field engagement with virtual interaction in a hybrid structure, requiring clinical knowledge and consultative selling expertise.
Responsibilities
- Represent J&J Innovative Medicine to healthcare providers through face-to-face and virtual engagement to meet sales forecasts
- Develop and execute compliant territory business plans aligned with company objectives and customer needs
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and leverage clinical knowledge to influence product support and access
- Identify healthcare provider education needs and organize regional learning activities with internal marketing teams
- Monitor competitive landscape and report adverse events and complaints to pharmacovigilance within required timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of business or sales experience
- Consultative and insight-based selling skills
- Clinical fluency in oncology therapeutics
- CRM platform proficiency (iConnect)
- Healthcare compliance knowledge and integrity
