Administrative Assistant (Richmond Hill)

Job Responsibility:

Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and editing- File and organize documents, both physical and computerized- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events as needed

Requirements:- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus- Strong computer skills, including typing and data entry- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
