Digital Strategy And Insights Manager
BMO
Lead digital strategy, analytics, and transformation initiatives as a Manager with BMO in a 12 month contract based at 33 Dundas Street West.This Manager role drives business growth through actionable insights and performance measurement. You will develop digital strategies, establish metrics, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders across financial services and technology. The work spans strategic initiatives from business case development through execution.Key Responsibilities:
Develop digital strategies and strategic initiative business casesAnalyze data to recommend solutions and inform decisionsDesign performance frameworks, reports, and dashboardsCoordinate stakeholders and support change implementationMonitor performance and recommend program enhancementsRequirements:
Five to seven years of relevant experiencePost-secondary degree or equivalent education and experienceFinancial services and technology exposureKnowledge of BMO digital channels and workplace platformsIn-depth analytical, communication, collaboration, and influence skillsApply digital strategy, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement to measurable business outcomes at BMO.
