Earning Potential:
This is a commission-based where strong Sales Representatives regularly earn $100,000+ annually .
To support you as you build your career in automotive sales, Steele Auto Group provides a guaranteed minimum income of $682.69 per week during your first year , unless your earned commissions exceed that amount. This ensures stability while you develop your skills, confidence, and customer base.

Combined with ongoing learning and development through Steele University, you will have continuous access to training designed to support your growth at every stage of your career.
