Lead operational excellence at GEODIS as the Director of Operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery and effective resource management in a global logistics environment. Drive process improvements and KPI communication to meet dynamic operational targets. As Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in enhancing service efficiency at GEODIS. With at least seven years of experience, you’ll initiate process improvement teams and ensurerevenue accountability. You'll also oversee senior managers and maintain ISO compliance in assigned facilities. This position offers you the chance to make significant impacts on our operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct preparation of financial records and budgets
- Initiate process improvement teams across operations
- Communicate key performance indicators consistently
- Manage day-to-day functions of senior and account managers
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and practices
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Knowledge of logistics, especially in food-grade storage
- Proficiency in labor management systems
- Strong analytical skills for financial reports
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
