Track Manager - Wireless Networking

Job Summary
Experience 7-9 years in IT Operations. Minimum 4-5 years in Networking. Technical skills: OSPF, BGP, Switching and Routing, VRFs, Multicast, DMVPN, VxLAN, BGP/EVPN, 802.1x, Palo Alto firewalls, RADIUS. Technical certifications: CCNA and Palo Alto Certification (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support large‑scale network infrastructure.
- Configure, deploy, and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Threat Prevention subscriptions.
- Create detailed diagrams and configuration documentation.
- Install and configure routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco and Palo Alto).
- Design VLANs, subnets, and routing protocols.
- Ensure seamless network connectivity and troubleshoot complex network security issues.
- Monitor firewall logs, network traffic, and security events for timely incident response.
- Develop and implement network security policies, rules, and access controls per industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Administrate Network Access Control solutions such as Cisco ISE and Cisco DUO.
- Perform incident management for client networks, providing support for Sev 3 and 4 issues and engaging senior engineers for Sev 0–2 as defined.
Skill Requirements
Design, deployment, switching, routing, and strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including OSPF, BGP, MP‑BGP, VRFs, multicast, DMVPN, VxLAN, BGP/EVPN, 802.1x, and RADIUS.
Other Requirements
Must be available in PST hours and flexible in timing.
