Citizens All Association is seeking an permanent term full time team leader. This is an out of scope leadership position that involves frontline work as well as leadership responsibilities.
The position involves day, evening and weekend shifts as well as on call responsibilities. Qualifications- A degree or diploma in the humanities (Disability Service Worker, Social Work or related field)
- Minimum three years successful experience supporting person with intellectual disabilities
- or an acceptable combination of training and experience
- Extensive frontline and managerial experience
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- PART, MANDT, TLR and BST are considered assets
- Valid Saskatchewan drivers license and own vehicle required
- Clean criminal record check and vulnerable sector search Competencies
- Proven ability to provide individualized support and programming to all participants
- Strong interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
- Demonstrated effective leadership and managerial abilities
- Ability to work independently, critically and problem solve
- Conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Solid decision making skills
- Facilitation skills Please note the successful candidate will be required to have a cell phone (for on call responsibilities) This position involves day, evening and weekend shifts and involves on call responsibilities.
