As a  Sales Associate ,  you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes  guest s, guides them through our beautiful collections, and helps them find the perfect pieces to make their home feel complete. Your passion for  guest  service and home décor will help create memorable shopping experiences every day.  

Applicants must be available to work Sunday and two weekdays from 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm. This is a permanent part-time position offering approximately 10-15 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Working On  

• Provid ing exceptional, personalized service to every  guest  who walks through the door.  

• Build ing meaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.  

• Maintain ing merchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.  

• Assist ing with daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.  

• Stay ing up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.  

• Collaborat ing with team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.  

• Contribut ing to a safe and inclusive shopping environment.  

The Physical Side of the Role  

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.  

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.  

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.  

• Comfortable climbing ladder s for merchandising and stock.

• 1+  year of retail or  guest  ervice experience.  

• A genuine passion for people, home décor, and helping others find what they love.  

• Take personal responsibility for staying current on QE Home’s extensive range of products, ensuring you can confidently share  accurate information and recommendations with every  guest .  

• A clean, professional, and  fashion forward appearance that reflects the brand and adheres to the store’s dress code standards.  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.  

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
