Be the catalyst for change at Furever Pawradise as the Executive Director of Development and Partnerships. Spearhead fundraising strategies and financial oversight in a thriving non-profit setting.
This senior leader role focuses on enhancing financial growth through effective fundraising and strategic partnership management. You will lead a dynamic team while collaborating closely with financial officers to ensure the organization meets its philanthropic goals within the vibrant Toronto arts community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fundraising campaign strategies and operational goals
• Cultivate relationships with key charity partners
• Manage the Finance department in conjunction with executive leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Department Manager(s)
• Enforce professional policies to maintain an accountable environment
Requirements:
• Strong background in non-profit fundraising and donor engagement
• Financial literacy with proven budget oversight experience
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
• Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
• Preferred experience with CRM systems and event fundraising
