• Lead teams to execute essential infrastructure projects
• Ensure operational readiness throughout service lifecycle

• Interface with internal and external service teams
• Create and maintain operational documentation standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5-7 years of relevant IT experience required
• Minimum of two years in an operational leadership role
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Valid B.C. Class 5 Drivers Licence
