Legal Counsel For Corporate Operations

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be instrumental in advising various business units while reporting to the General Counsel. This position is best suited for legal professionals with 5-10 years of relevant corporate law experience. You will address contract law, corporate governance, and support strategic initiatives across international subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities: - Draft various commercial and employment agreements - Collaborate globally with external counsel - Advise on integrations and post-closing activities - Provide strategic support for governance initiatives - Handle additional responsibilities as required
Requirements: - Active License to practice in Quebec or Ontario - Approximately 5-10 years of corporate legal experience - Expertise in drafting and reviewing agreements - Ability to work with executives and operational teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
