Job Overview
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Obstetrician and Gynecologist to join our Women’s Health program in Moose Jaw, serving patients of southwest Saskatchewan.
As part of a collaborative three-physician team, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services, including labour and delivery, C‑sections, gynecological surgeries and procedures, outpatient care, and participation in specialist on‑call coverage.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services, including labour and delivery, C‑sections, and gynecological surgeries.
- Deliver outpatient care and participate in specialist on‑call coverage.
- Share on‑call responsibilities with a three‑physician team.
- Engage in academic activities within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Qualifications
- Certified or eligible for certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (RCSPC).
- Regular or provisional license with the CPSS (or eligible to be licensed).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successful SHA credentialing, including reference checks and vulnerable sector criminal record check.
- Current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
Benefits & Relocation Package
- Relocation financial assistance: potential $30,000 for establishing a practice for a minimum of 36 months.
- Additional financial incentives: $7,000‑14,000 per year for full‑time work in the province.
- Salary and benefits are administered by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SMA).
