Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional - Senior Consultant/Lead

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementation launching in April and join a global consulting team in a full time position. This role will focus on end-to-end payroll configuration, delivery, and client advisory, working closely with functional and technical teams. You will play a key role in solution design, payroll processing accuracy, integrations, and post-go-live support, while helping mentor junior consultants.

With 5–7 years of hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience, you know how to turn business requirements into smart, scalable solutions. You’re comfortable designing process flows, customizing approvals, and integrating with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and implementation activities
• Gather and translate payroll business requirements into functional designs
• Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing, and statutory requirements
• Support payroll testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
• Partner with technical teams on integrations, conversions, and payroll data loads
• Advise clients on best practices and regulatory compliance
• Support go-live readiness and hypercare activities
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and client training

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll experience
• End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience, minimum of 3 implementations in a Senior Consultant or Lead role.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll processing, retro pay, balances, and compliance
• Experience working with integrations and data conversions, designing process flows, customizing approvals, and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments - Experience with Canadian payroll
• Exposure to OIC, HDL, and extract processes
• Bilingual French/English (strong asset)
• Prior experience supporting multi-country payroll environments
