- Provide legal advice on energy projects and business issues
- Assist in M&A and financing transactions
- Support operational projects with procurement agreements
- Ensure compliance with project-related legal documents
- Build relationships with external stakeholdersRequirements:
- Admission to Quebec or Ontario Bar with 3–5 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage changing priorities effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
