Remote Help Article Navigation Specialist

Assist customers effectively as a Help Article Navigation Assistant with a full-time remote role. Utilize online help materials to provide clear guidance based on customer inquiries. In this position, you'll leverage your skills in customer service to navigate approved help articles, ensuring that customers can find relevant instructions promptly. You will read customer questions, identify their needs, and send accurate links with concise explanations while also flagging any outdated information for review. Key Responsibilities:

Identify core questions from vague customer messages
Search help articles accurately using customer terminology
Verify currency and relevance of selected articles
Send links with brief explanations for clarity
Document cases where articles do not address questions

Requirements:

Experience in customer service preferred
Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
Comfortable using web browsers and online resources
Ability to explain technical information clearly
Open to training on company processes
