Landscape Construction Manager

We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our landscape construction division in Kamloops and help drive performance, profitability, and team growth.

What You Bring
- Extensive experience in landscape construction installation practices, with the ability to step into the field and identify best practices and improvements
- Advanced operation of skid steer and excavator
- Strong leadership skills including mentorship, conflict resolution, and team motivation
- Knowledge of equipment requirements and safety protocols
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with departmental financials and forecasting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and think outside the box
- Ability to learn company software (LMN) and strong aptitude with Microsoft Office
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Ensure all teams are properly staffed and supported with clear plans for growth and development
- Ensure teams are working efficiently and effectively
- Manage workloads of Project Managers and support job monitoring and coverage during absences
- Enforce and implement business policies, procedures, processes, and core values
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations prior to close-out
- Manage safety standards and procedures (FLHA's, pre/post-trip inspections, etc.)
- Oversee production and efficiency across construction teams
- Identify in-field deficiencies and recommend improvements to increase productivity
- Review construction schedules and capacity to ensure optimal planning
