Marketing Strategy Director Toronto

Lead marketing strategy, budgets, and reporting for Manulife’s Retirement and Wealth Marketing team in Toronto through a hybrid arrangement.As Director of Marketing Strategy and Business Management, you will align annual and in-year plans with enterprise priorities. You will coordinate investments, resources, dependencies, and trade-offs across Canada and the US. The role supports leadership through KPIs, analytics, financial oversight, NPS insights, and executive reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual and in-year marketing planningEstablish governance, reporting, and decision-making forumsManage budgets, forecasts, spending, and financial reportingConnect NPS insights with action plans and decisionsChampion AI adoption across MarketingRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree and eight to ten-plus years’ experienceAsset management or related industry experienceAgency experience required;
management experience preferredBudget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis expertiseKnowledge of investment markets and regulatory guidelinesBring strategic planning, financial management, analytics, and AI capabilities to Manulife’s Retirement and Wealth Marketing leadership.
