Customer Accounts Collections Agent

In this role, you'll oversee account creation, assess credit risks, and handle customer communication regarding payments. The position involves conducting credit analyses, issuing decisions based on findings, and managing overdue accounts. You will be essential in supporting financial operations during new store openings and enhancing existing processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer data and account setups
• Analyze credit applications and financial reports
• Issue and follow up on payment reminders
• Establish payment arrangements per company policies
• Identify high-risk customers and escalate when necessary

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in collections
• Strong diplomacy and communication abilities
• Basic computing skills, especially in Excel
