Front Counter Bakery Attendant

Job Summary:Want to be part of a fast paced, fun bakery team at Ida's Bakery!? We are seeking a dedicated Front Counter Bakery Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle cash transactions, prepare for the following day and ensure a positive in store experience.

Duties:- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting display items- Take customer orders accurately and process payments- Prepare and serve food items following proper food safety guidelines- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas, including the kitchen and dining area- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately

Requirements:- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities
