Our client, an innovative global agency, is looking for an inspiring and innovative Creative Director ready to take on a leadership role at the intersection of design excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
In this role, you will oversee a remote creative team that’s redefining the way world-class creative work is delivered to prestigious enterprise and tech brands. You’ll spearhead outstanding creative solutions across a variety of services, including marketing, advertising, and digital content creation. You’ll drive the creative vision, ensuring that your team not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our high-profile clients, leveraging cutting-edge tools and AI to elevate the creative process and optimize efficiency.
The Role:
- Lead a Creative Team : You will head a diverse, remote team of talented creatives ensuring the highest level of output quality.
- Elevate Client Relationships : Work closely with top-tier brands to understand their creative needs and help them scale their projects with innovative and tailored solutions.
- Drive Strategic and Operational Excellence : Your leadership will ensure processes and frameworks are in place to deliver consistent, high-quality results on time and within budget. You will also adopt AI-driven efficiencies, where appropriate, to streamline workflows and improve scalability.
- Work with Leading Global Brands : You'll lead a portfolio of high-profile accounts across sectors like Tech, Healthcare, and Retail to deliver exceptional campaigns, branding work, and large-scale creative projects.
- Cultivate a Collaborative Culture : Foster a high-performing and collaborative environment within your team, ensuring creative autonomy, open communication, and mutual support.
The Must Have's:
- Creative Vision & Leadership : You’ve successfully led creative teams in a fast-paced, creative environment. You can balance creative excellence with operational execution, always pushing for innovative solutions.
- Experience with High-Profile Clients : You have a proven track record working with enterprise clients, especially in the tech sector.
- Strong Design and Art Direction Background : With a foundation in design, you’re deeply experienced in the creative production side, but you're also a strategic thinker who can lead high-level, big-picture creative initiatives.
- Adaptability & Innovation : You’re excited by the opportunity to integrate AI tools and innovative processes into creative workflows to drive efficiencies while maintaining a high standard of creative output.

This position is fully remote for someone residing in Canada, with some travel required.
