AI Solutions Engineer (Retail Banking) Mode de travail : Hybride (2 jours par semaine au bureau) Tu rejoindras une initiative stratégique de transformation du secteur bancaire de détail visant à bâtir une véritable Enterprise AI Factory. Dans ce contexte, tu contribueras à concevoir, développer et industrialiser des solutions d'intelligence artificielle à fort impact pour améliorer l'expérience client, accroître la productivité des employés et optimiser les opérations bancaires. En collaboration avec des experts en architecture IA, en données et avec les équipes d'affaires, tu auras l'opportunité de mettre en œuvre des applications alimentées par les grands modèles de langage, des agents intelligents, des copilotes et des solutions RAG qui transformeront concrètement les services bancaires de demain. Concevoir, développer et déployer des solutions d'IA générative en environnement d'entreprise afin d'accélérer la transformation numérique du Retail Banking tout en respectant les plus hauts standards de gouvernance, de sécurité et de conformité. Ton quotidien sera rythmé par : Développer des applications intelligentes, copilotes, assistants virtuels et agents IA basés sur Microsoft Copilot, Claude et Azure OpenAI. Développer des expériences clients optimisées sur les canaux numériques, mobiles, succursales et centres de contact. Construire des solutions RAG exploitant les connaissances, données et contenus de l'entreprise. Participer aux initiatives de gouvernance, d'évaluation, de surveillance et d'optimisation des modèles d'IA. Tu évolueras au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire composée notamment d'un AI Architect et d'un Data Engineer. Tu collaboreras également avec des parties prenantes d'affaires afin d'identifier les opportunités, redéfinir les processus bancaires et livrer des solutions innovantes à grande échelle. Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en génie logiciel, développement de solutions IA, automatisation ou disciplines connexes. Expérience concrète en IA générative et intégration de grands modèles de langage (LLMs). Capacité à intégrer des systèmes, APIs, données et applications d'entreprise. Expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou des services financiers fortement recherchée. Anglais professionnel obligatoire.
