Akkodis is seeking an experienced consultant to support the design and development of railway signalling and Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) systems. You will actively design critical mechanical components, perform engineering simulations, and ensure compliance with railway standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Design mechanical components using CREO and Solid Edge • Perform thermal and vibration simulations with engineering tools • Maintain design documentation and compliance records using DOORs • Apply manufacturing best practices and corrosion mitigation • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and conduct site visits

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Civil Engineering • 6–10 years of mechanical design experience • Proficiency in CREO Parametric and Solid Edge • Familiarity with DOORs and Polarion for requirements management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
