The opportunity:
Associated Engineering, a proudly Canadian, Employee-owned Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Bridge Inspector to join our team in our Edmonton office. In this role you will be responsible for work on a wide array of bridge projects.

What you’ll be doing:
- You will have an opportunity to work on a wide array of bridge projects.
- Depending on the candidate, the position may include completing bridge inspections and reporting, completing CAD design of bridges, and providing construction inspection for bridge rehabilitation and new bridge construction.
- You will engage in a collaborative work environment with your team, as well as other disciplines and offices.
- This opportunity will involve growing and mentoring staff, working with senior staff to grow the transportation structures practice.
Does this sound like you?
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution or Civil Engineering/Architectural Technology Diploma from an accredited technical institute.
- Class B Bridge Inspector Certificate.
- Class A Inspection designation is an asset.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Superior planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Committed team player and highly self-motivated.
- Consulting experience is an asset.
- This position will require travel throughout Alberta.
- Valid driver’s licence.
