Hi there! We're a Calgary family looking for a warm, reliable nanny to help care for our newborn and our 1-year-old. We'd love to find someone who feels like part of the family, not just "the help." This is a part-time, live-out position. We need someone who genuinely loves babies and toddlers and has real hands-on experience with both. Someone patient, nurturing, and just as happy singing silly songs during tummy time as they are rocking a fussy newborn to sleep. Your main focus will be our kids: keeping them safe, happy, and engaged. For our 1-year-old, we'd love someone who brings fun, age-appropriate activities into the day. Things like sensory bins, stacking and nesting toys, reading and naming books, simple obstacle courses for crawling/walking practice, music and movement time, or messy play like finger painting or water play. Nothing complicated, just intentional, playful ways to help them explore and grow. Alongside childcare, we're hoping for a bit of help with baby laundry, keeping the house tidy and clean, dishes, and preparing meals for our 1-year-old.
