Work setting Dry cleaning and laundry establishment Hospital/health institution laundry Hotel laundry Commercial laundry Responsibilities: Operate dry-cleaning and washing machines, dryers and blow-drying machines Operate dryers and blow-drying machines Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches and other solutions and chemicals Hand fold and bag shirts, sheets and other articles Assemble and bag finished articles Check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure that establishment standards are met Match invoices or tags with dry-cleaned or laundered articles Record damage or improper cleaning or laundering of articles Provide customer service Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles Launder clothing and household linens Maintain work areas Assist clients/guests with special needs Clean work area Manage cash Experience and specialization Equipment and machinery experience Folder Area of work experience Laundromat attendant Benefits Financial benefits Gratuities Until: 2026-06-21
