A career as a Senior AI Data scientist in theHyper Automation – Cross-sector Solutions, Acceleration and Data team atNational Bank means serving as an applied Artificial Intelligence specialist.This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the performance andevolution of an enterprise platform thanks to your expertise in applied datascience, model evaluation and continuous improvement. You contribute directlyto the quality, reliability and evolution of an intelligent document processingplatform used on a large scale. Your role focuses on measurable results,improving models in production and delivering concrete value to business teams.
Define and develop quality metricsrelated to classification, extraction, validation and confidence scores
Build and maintain the reference,validation and test data sets needed to evaluate models
Analyze production results andidentify the causes of problems in order to propose concrete improvements
Help develop models, prompts,confidence thresholds and validation rules
Compare different versions todetect regressions and support releases
Track performance over time toidentify drifts and recommend adjustments

Cross-sector Solutions, Acceleration and Data,you are part of a multidisciplinary team of specialists in business analysis,development, architecture and operations. It is also a specialised team thatworks in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to improve processes anddevelop automation capabilities across the Bank. You work in a collaborativeenvironment where quality, discipline and continuous improvement are at theheart of our priorities.

Prerequisites
A bachelor’s or master’s degree ina related field and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in model evaluation,advanced analytics or improving solutions in production
Master the concepts related toperformance metrics, validation and monitoring of models
Solid experience with Python andsolid knowledge of SQL
Understand artificial intelligenceissues in production, including robustness, drift, governance and security
Experience manipulating structuredand unstructured data
Languages: French, English
