Director, Technology and Business Systems

Become the Director of Technology and Business Systems. Ensure effective integration and optimization of IT infrastructure and support systems for strategic business growth. This role entails decisive leadership in guiding the organization’s technology strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders to implement systems that enhance operational capabilities. You will manage enterprise systems that support core functions like Finance, Sales, and HR while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all technology operations and user support
- Maintain IT policies aligned with business needs
- Assess and improve existing IT systems and solutions
- Oversee IT budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate enterprise technology implementations
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree is an asset
- Over 10 years of experience in IT leadership
- Expertise in enterprise operations and business systems
- Successful management of complex integrations
- Familiarity with business technology solutions
