Artistic Floral Designer

We are looking to hire 2 (two full-time creative floral designers to design, create, and sell standard and customized floral arrangements to customers.

Looking for an upbeat and positive individual who is willing to learn and take direction.

The ideal candidate should be interested in anything related to flowers and plants and have an interest in floral design, the wedding and event industry, photography, social media, and design.
Must be energetic, hardworking, reliable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a team player.

Floral Design and Sales experience is a must!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- advising customers on suitable floral arrangement selections, wrapping completed floral arrangements, unpacking and organizing deliveries
- Prepare orders
- Take phone orders and use a POS
- Watering plants
- Filling displays
- Cleaning
- Providing outstanding customer service

Floral Designer Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Sound knowledge of different flower types, arrangement styles, and flower conditioning.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Artistic and creative.
- Detail-oriented

We require that potential candidates be available to work evenings, weekends, and during seasonal peak periods.

A valid driving license with your own vehicle will be added value.
