I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated person to help keep our busy family home running smoothly. This is less about deep cleaning and more about maintaining organization and tidiness. Tasks may include:

• Tidying and organizing kids’ toys and play areas
• Rotating seasonal clothing and gear
• Going through children’s clothes and setting aside items they’ve outgrown
• Organizing closets, cupboards, and storage spaces
• Keeping the pantry organized and checking for expired food
• Folding and putting away laundry when needed
• Helping create simple systems that keep the house functional
• Light cleaning and resetting rooms as needed (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, etc.)

I’m a busy business owner and parent, and I’m looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy spaces. The ideal person takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and enjoys organizing rather than waiting for a list of instructions. This would likely be one day per week for 4–6 hours, with some flexibility. If we’re a good fit, there may be opportunities for additional hours.
