Housekeeper

I am seeking a diligent housekeeper to maintain my home, where their primary responsibility will be performing a variety of cleaning duties. The tasks entail ensuring the cleanliness of both the interior of the house, as well as immediate surrounding areas outside. This part-time role mostly requires working on Wednesdays, within less than 20 hours per week, for which flexibility in the middle of the day is essential. As a housekeeper, you're expected to manage the kitchen chores, including cleaning dishes, interiors, and exteriors of appliances such as the fridge, cupboards, oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, maintaining the pantry, counters, and floors. Other responsibilities include managing laundry tasks, like washing and drying clothes and other household items. Furthermore, you will be required to provide meal preparation and service, occasionally assisting in cooking and serving during special events for family or guests. This job does not require a driver's license. However, managing errands, such as grocery shopping and restocking household supplies, is part of the role. You'll also be responsible for rotating seasonal clothing in the closets, maintaining the pantry, and routinely clearing out-of-date and spoiled items. This task measures your effectiveness in ensuring cleanliness to the smallest detail - this includes cleaning the outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher. A proficiency in ironing is also needed for this post.
