Vos missions
Établir et développer des relations avec des organisations qui ont besoin de solutions de sécurité des personnes.
- Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales grâce au suivi des prospects de l'entreprise, aux contacts dans le secteur, aux sites d'appels d'offres et à la veille du marché
- Gérer et développer les relations avec la clientèle existante , identifier les opportunités d'extension des solutions et services de sécurité
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales internes et techniques afin de fournir des devis précis et dans les délais
- Se rendre sur les sites des clients pour comprendre leurs besoins opérationnels et recommander des solutions de sécurité des personnes adaptées
- Être le visage de notre offre de sécurité des personnes auprès des municipalités, des opérateurs industriels et des clients commerciaux
- Gérer et assurer la visibilité des opportunités, de l'activité des comptes et du pipeline à l'aide d'outils CRM
- Se tenir informé des codes municipaux de prévention des incendies, des normes de sécurité industrielle et des changements réglementaires affectant les clients
- Participer à des formations sur les produits, aux mises à jour des fournisseurs et aux opportunités de certification
- Représenter Everguard lors d'événements sectoriels, de salons professionnels et de réunions avec les clients
Déplacements et zone d'intervention
- Ce poste implique des déplacements chez les clients en Quebec.

Ce que vous apportez
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente B2B ou la gestion de comptes , de préférence dans les secteurs de la lutte contre les incendies, de l'industrie, de la sécurité, des collectivités locales, de la construction ou de la vente de solutions techniques
- Une expérience avérée dans le développement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales tout en consolidant les relations avec les clients existants
- Solides compétences en matière de relation client et de vente consultative , avec la capacité de comprendre les opérations des clients et de recommander des solutions pratiques
- Capacité à gérer un pipeline de ventes, à hiérarchiser les opportunités et à maintenir une activité précise au sein des systèmes CRM
- A l'aise pour travailler de manière autonome dans un rôle territorial tout en collaborant avec les équipes commerciales internes et techniques
- Permis de conduire valide et disposition à voyager au sein de votre territoire attribué
Intérêt pour l'apprentissage et la mise à jour des connaissances sur les équipements de protection contre l'incendie, les technologies de sécurité des personnes et les normes réglementaires
Une expérience dans le domaine des équipements de sécurité incendie municipaux, de la sécurité industrielle ou dans des secteurs connexes est considérée comme un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire.

What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships with organizations that depend on life safety solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities through company lead follow-ups, industry contacts, tender sites, and market awareness
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships , identify opportunities to expand safety solutions and services
- Work closely with inside sales and technical teams to deliver accurate and timely quotes
- Visit customer sites to understand operational needs and recommend appropriate life safety solutions
- Act as the face of our Life Safety offerings to municipalities, industrial operators, and commercial customers
- Maintain and manage opportunities, account activity, and pipeline visibility using CRM tools
- Stay current on municipal fire codes, industrial safety standards, and regulatory changes affecting customers
- Participate in product training, supplier updates, and certification opportunities
- Represent Everguard at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Travel & Territory
- This role includes travel to customer locations within Quebec

What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience , ideally in Fire Fighting industry, industrial, safety, municipal, construction, or technical solution-based sales
- Demonstrated success developing new business while growing existing customer relationships
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills , with the ability to understand customer operations and recommend practical solutions
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate activity within CRM systems
- Comfortable working independently in a territory-based role while collaborating with inside sales and technical teams
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Interest in learning and staying current on Fire Protection equipment, life safety technologies, and regulatory standards
Experience in municipal Fire safety equipment, industrial safety, or related industries is considered an asset but not required.
