Les tâches
- Check-in drivers, confirm freight paperwork, and prepare bills of lading.
- Manage the electronic file system, including data entry.
- Maintain inbound and outbound paperwork.
- Analyze and record bills.
- Handle a high volume of phone calls.
- Provide additional clerical support for dock staff.
- Establish positive communication with drivers and warehouse management.
- Carry out other similar duties related to the position.

Exigences du poste
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a transportation environment.
- Software proficiency is a must.
- Proficiency in logistics software systems and Microsoft Office.
