Position: AI Safety Experts — English & Gujarati
Type: Contract
Compensation: $16–$22/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Red team conversational AI models and agents by identifying jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and bias exploitation.
- Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
- Apply structure by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to maintain consistent testing.
- Document reproducibly by producing reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can act on.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native fluency in English and Gujarati .
- Strong judgment about language and content accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.
- Rigorous attention to detail, noticing subtle errors and inconsistencies.
- Ability to work to guidelines and quality standards consistently.
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability across projects, task types, and customers.
Preferred
- Experience with Adversarial ML : jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, model extraction.
- Background in Cybersecurity : penetration testing, exploit development, reverse engineering.
- Understanding of socio-technical risk: harassment/disinfo probing, abuse analysis, conversational AI testing.
- Skills in creative probing: psychology, acting, writing for unconventional adversarial thinking.
